I became an online coach so that I could work and help women anywhere in the world. My programming is the completebody balance being both my skills as a PT and Pilates Instructor and designed for just women of any age.
There is more to fitness than just training. It's a lifestyle. It's giving our body the exercise we need to keep us strong, mobile and confident. It's Nutrition, fuelling our body with good and natural sources. Its mindset, being the best version of ourselves and reaching our goals. It's support, me guiding and coaching you to keep you on track and motivated. And community, being apart of team that all want to achieve in every aspect of their lives.
